Warranty is an agreement with the customer/ importer of the goods in accordance with Ryans Gadgets ABN 30414350783 to repair or replace a product within:

12 months of its Australian Voluntary Warranty

Within the voluntary warranty if no proof of dispatch is provided the date will be then said to be 2 business days from the exact date of product being dispatched.

Warranty is said to begin on the exact date of delivery whether by signature or non signature.

In order to process a warranty claim the customer/importer of the goods must co operate with Ryans Gadgets set instructions in order to resolve issues in a timely manner.

In certain circumstances a prepaid return postage label may be provided to a customer to send the item to the nominated supplier, repair centre or Ryans Gadgets itself for international customers this does not apply.

Products sent to the nominated repair centre or supplier are at the customers sole risk and must ensure that the item is sent correctly and in a safe manner.

Ryans Gadgets holds the ability to determine if a product is performing up to the specifications specified by Ryans Gadgets.

Overseas Direct Import Warranty

DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) /ELF(END OF LIFE) period commences within the first 48 Hours of receiving the goods (Signed for or collected or received)

 Repairs for phones could be sent back to Ryans Gadgets the nominated Repair Centre or the Supplier Directly and  is assessed on a case by case basis depending on the fault. However we endeavour to solve the issue as soon as possible. Assessment will be conducted within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods back to Ryans Gadgets however when sent back to the supplier or nominated repair centre in some cases may take longer.

 Repair guarantee within a 30 day period based on a case by case basis

Dead On Arrival (DOA) items must be reported to Ryans Gadgets within 36 hours of signature, received or collection of goods. The items must be received by Ryans Gadgets in its original new condition (100%) and not a second hand or used condition. Pictures of any such damage or issue must be sent to us within the set period to support@ryansgadgets.com.au

Dead On Arrival goods will be repaired if cannot be done replaced or refunded

Circumstances when Dead On Arrival will not be accepted:

Items that are tampered with by means of software (rooting,hacking  damaging or destroying the OS(Operating system) or flashing with custom roms etc),

Items that have liquid damage or physical damage

When Ryans Gadgets are provided with a written quote for repair of the item the customer will be charged for the service fee,postage and repair parts.

Dead Pixel Policy

When there are less than 10 dead pixels on the screen of a device whether LCD or AMOLED WON'T be included as Dead On Arrival (DOA) as Manufacturers do not offer a repair for this  nor replacement or refund unless the dead pixels are found precisely to be at the exact middle of the screen

Ryans Gadgets offers a 12 month Australia Wide Warranty on these types of Goods (voluntary warranty)

Return postage may be paid by the customer or by Ryans Gadgets based on a case by case basis. However the sending of an item to a designated repair centre is paid by the customer.
